  18. i recently read a russian posting in a usenet group. it was
  19. in (old) KOI-8, and i saw it just fine, thanks to msk 3.14's
  20. standard equipment. is there any way, using the programs that
  21. come with kermit, to get a regular CP866 coded file out of that?
  22. or, must one hunt in the great ftp forest for such a thing?
